JEN PILLIPOW COACHING (the “Company” “we” “us”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits this Website, www.jenpillipow.com (“Website” “Site”) and/or uses the services provided therein. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is guaranteed to be 100% secure. As such, the Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the internet. By transmitting any such information to the Company, you accept that you do so at your own risk.

The intent of this Privacy Policy is to provide you with information as to the type of information gathered by the Company during a visit to its Website, what that information is used for, how that information may be stored, and the security measures used to protect any personally identifiable information.

This privacy statement is subject to change by the Company, at its discretion, without notice. It is your responsibility to review this statement from time to time. 

The Company may collect personal information about the users who visit the Website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, associated blogs, forums, podcasts, and websites, including Thinkific and Kajabi, among others (collectively, the “Website”). Information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) (Saskatchewan). 

By continuing to access or otherwise use the Company’s Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site. 

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT? 

We collect information from you when you register for an account on the Site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or podcast, sign up to attend a webinar or course, respond to a survey, or fill out a form. 

When ordering or registering on the Website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, and / or other personal information.

When you visit the Website, we may collect basic information that does not identify individual users. The information may include the specific pages that are visited on the Site, the page that referred you to our site, and some information about your browser and OS type. Once again, this information does not include any personally identifiable information. 

Personally identifiable information such as email addresses, names, home addresses, photographs, etc., will not be collected unless you willingly and voluntarily submit such information to us and that such information is being provided by a person 13 years of age or older (see the clause referencing CHILDREN below). When you purchase any of the Company’s products or services, only the information fields that you fill out are stored and sent to us. 

WHAT DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR? 

As stated above, and as a general policy, no personally identifiable information, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. 

The various offers, both free and paid, downloads, contests, registration forms, and surveys found on the Site may ask you to provide us with your contact information such as your name, email address, demographic information such as your age and gender, and personal preference information and interests in order to provide you with the material requested. 

When you submit a question via our online form, your email address allows us to reply to you and answer your queries. We will never sell personally identifiable information to third parties. We do not control and are therefore not liable for the actions of any third parties. 

It is only with your express permission that we will use your contact information to send you information about the Company’s products and services. You always have the choice to opt out of receiving future electronic mailings.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe such release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. 

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION? 

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 30 days. With our merchant account, you have the option to save your payment details to make future ordering easier. In order to use this function, you will need to set up authentication using your mobile phone so that your information can only be re-accessed, on your computer, with a verification code that will be texted to you upon request. We do not store or save your information in our merchant account but will, if you request that feature.

DO WE USE COOKIES? 

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow cookies) that enable the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third party service providers to assist us in better understanding visitors to the Site. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site and not to information collected offline.

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision. Continued use of the Site following such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes. 

LEGAL REQUESTS
