"Healing is not becoming the best version of yourself.

Healing is letting the worst version of yourself be loved."

Subconscious Mind Power

Learn about the different brainwaves and how to maximize the magic of suggestibility in the theta state.

Our truth is based on perspective, which creates our beliefs.

The subconscious takes those beliefs and then filters, deletes, distorts, and generalizes information coming in to create your unique reality.

What we forget is how much control we have over our perspectives, choices, and therefore the reality we create.

Inner Child Reparenting

Learn about what inner child actually means, what the false self is, and why these parts were created.

Signs your inner child needs healing:

  • you have trouble with boundaries and saying no
  • you have a harsh inner critic and high expectations
  • you are high functioning but masking anxiety
  • you have a hard time with intense emotion
  • you're not really sure what you like / need anymore
  • you always put others first

Parts that Sabotage

Do you ever catch yourself explaining why you self-sabotage goals?

You may say things like "there's a part of me that just doesn't want to quit..."

Often we create different parts of us in childhood to help solve a problem, keep us safe and protected; and it's adaptive.

Later in life it becomes maladaptive as we've grown, and the part has become stagnant, now hurting us or holding us back.

Rather than hate this part of us, there's a refreshing healing that happens when we accept and love these parts and work with it. Find new ways to meet it's needs and healthier ways to feel safe.
